You can achieve by using Filter in the smart list and set 'Schedule Recurrence' to daily. Also, make sure your qualification rules are set to "Each person can run through the flow once".

Hi,How long does it take to show RTP segment in Google Analytics? We have created RTP segment based on behavior and checked "Send segment to web analytics" box, but this segment is not showing in GA under "Event Label". Does it take around 24 hours to show the segment in GA or is it instant?

An operational email will not work in case of email suspended (within 24 hours). It will Soft Bounce in that particular case. According to Marketo docs, Operational emails ignore Unsubscribed and Marketing Suspended statuses only.
