Hi all,

I initially followed the advice of this post (https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Product-Discussions/How-to-Integrate-Zoom-with-Marketo/m-p/161488#M113...) to setup our integration, but now Zoom has updated to V2. Does anyone know how to update the webhook on Marketo's end to comply with Zoom's V2?

Hi @Katherine_Cree1 ,

Why are you still following the old connectivity method to integrate Zoom with Marketo. As this will be a pain for you in future, when Zoom upgrade its API again.

Now Zoom provides a launchpoint integration with Marketo and you can follow the link below to setup the same. Its easier than the API integration.

Hi Katherine. I had a few clients that were impacted by this issue. It appears that while Zoom had warned this was going to be deprecated, the exact date may not have reached all users and so many started having issues this past May 30. As a stop gap, I have outlined a workaround at our blog post below. Please treat this as a stop gap and make plans to use the launch point or custom API connection as soon as possible.

We used Tray.io to solve this! 😁

We tried this yesterday and it still gives the error.

Then we realized that using Launchpoint it works without webhook and is easier, no need for Tokens too. We had actually connected via Launchpoint and still using webhook as their documentation is so bad in a way that it shows both.

We are all set now and using launchpoint is a cleaner integration.

Thanks

How are you able to map custom fields between Zoom and Marketo using the Launchpoint integration?

It's been half a year and they still haven't addressed this... We just switched over from RingCentral and it lost a bunch of functionality.
