WHO bounced from an email

Hi,

I think this might be a pretty simple task but not sure why it's not working when I try creating different reports/smart list. I am trying to create a report/smart list to show me WHO all bounced and wasn't able to receive an email. It was an operational email but I see that a number of people did not receive it and would like to see a list of WHO did not get the email. Thank you!

"Who" means Smart List. Please show us what you've tried.

Hi Mayuri Kumar ,

The below given smart list should get you the details around "WHO all Bounced" & "WHO all DID NOT" receive the email.
