What's the best way to set up an alert that indicates a lead engaged with marketing multiple times in one day?

I assume the Smart List will be: Filled out Form, form contains "content", and then minimum number of times can be 2 or 3. Does that sound right? Does the minimum number of times indicate that it is a minimum number of times in one day? I don't want it across all of time.

Also, what are some good tokens I can use for the alert? Right now I only have "Last Interesting Moment". Is there another token I can use to show the multiple forms the lead filled out?

You have to combine 2 constraints:

• min number of times is 3
• Date of activity in Past 1 day
