Trying to determine why the unsubscribe cause is System flow action for ‘New Lead’ triggered

This tells me that if there's a new lead, it should be marked as unsubscribed, which is not what I want to have happen. Any advice?

This sounds like its the result of something called "durable unsubscribe"
