I recently swtiched from iPhone to the Samsung Galaxy s6. What I noticed immediately is that the unsubscribe text at the bottom of emails on my Galaxy is getting cut off. The text still looks perfectly fine on iPhones and desktops/laptops, but gets chopped mid-sentence on my Galaxy. This is true regardless of what email template I use, so I don't believe it's an issue with my templates.
Please see the screen shot below. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
Steve
Are you using Litmus to test these templates ahead of time?
Unless you figure out the rendering issue for that phone, there's not much to do. Is this in gmail or a native app specifically for samsung? The challenge is that a change for 1 phone could break other, more common email viewers.
Thanks Josh,
I don't currenty have access to the paid Litmus program (which is necessary to activate the Droid rendering), so unfortunately I haven't been able to check that way. This is in the gmail app.
Thanks for the insights.
