I have had a lot of trouble trying to delete old Salesforce leads from our Marketo database. We stopped using Salesforce with Marketo awhile ago and I disconnected the integration between the two platforms. When I try to delete Salesforce leads, I get an error that I need to be synced to do this. I DO NOT want to delete these leads from Salesforce, but I do want to delete them from Marketo. Is there any way I can delete Salesforce leads from Marketo when I am not synced to Salesforce anymore?
Hi Brett, I have seen that in the past - the sync had to be on. Try to contact support and see if they have a workaround now.
