Triggers based on Sales Owner change?

Hello. 

I'm trying to create a campaign that is triggered based on a change of the Sales Owner, but Marketo doesn't seem to allow me to do this in anyway. 

Any suggestions?

You're going to use the trigger "owner changes".

Thank you for your comment. 

I don't have this trigger available to me as far as I can find when I make a search.  Perhaps this is because I have a non-native integration with Pipedrive, instead of Salesforce.  In that case, does that mean this option is completely unavailable to me, that I need a different route, or that the trigger can be enabled for me if I request it?
