We would like to send an internal email to all of our new hires on the day that they start. Their information is put into Marketo prior to the their first day which includes a custom field with the date that they start. How would I set-up the Flow action to send out the email at 8:00 AM on the start date?
You would do this as a batch campaign scheduled for each day of the week when employees may start (I'm not sure if that's M-F or only certain days of the week at your organization).
Your smart list is: (sample screenshot below)
Operator = In Time Frame
Value = Today
Schedule that to run every possible start day of the week at 8:00AM -- Your flow step is just "send email" and pick your email asset.
