Tokens in email to-from fields

Is it possible to use tokens within the to-from/reply-to fields of an email?

You can use tokens nearly anywhere in the system. Some are restricted to Triggers or System though.

Check out segments, they are cool feature for supporting multiple tokens as well.

Yes! 

{{lead.Email Address}} is a pretty good one. Also {{lead.Lead Owner Email Address}} is useful quite a bit.
