Where do you see that? The screenshot I sent over doesn't show the logic.
Your screenshot which you marked as Correct Answer does OR logic, but your original discussion title refers to AND logic.
I'm just saying this would be confusing for someone later expecting a correct answer for AND.
We've figured that out on the engineering side (cookie'ing leads so we know that they don't need to see a form).
You probably didn't need to engineer anything, because forms already have the Known Lead HTML feature that allows you to skip displaying the form fields if the lead has already filled out a form w/that browser.
Anyway, I'm not clear on what you're trying to capture here. Right now, you have "Lead has a certain URL in their their Visited Web Page history at the time they register a Fills Out Form activity."
