Has anyone A/B tested the scenario of adding a photo of the sales rep to their email signature for an email campaign? I'm curious if there's any significant increase in conversions.

I haven't tested this, but sounds like a good idea!
I think the photo humanizes the sales rep but it depends most on how your audience responds. If you're using an email signature management solution then you should A/B test for conversions. Alternatively, you can add UTM tags to the links in their signatures to see which version performs best.
