[Sync Issue/Lag] Marketo Program <> SFDC Campaign

Hi Community,

Has anyone else been experiencing particularly slow syncs between Marketo Programs and SFDC Campaigns? 

We have a Marketo Program with ~28k members and it has taken an unusually long time for the members to show up in the corresponding SFDC campaign. 

Any one have any insight into what may be happening?
