I need to make a smart list that tracks the amount of times something has been soft bounced. I'd like to make a rule that if and email is, for example, soft bounced 4 times or more, that it is moved to a review list to be potentially marked invalid or corrected.
1. Is there a filter that will allow me to track that?
2. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I should structure such a rule?

Depends exactly.
Trigger or Filter:
Bounces Soft at least 4 times...
Bounced Soft at least 4 times.
will give you the list of people who match that. If you want, you can schedule the smart list to run once a month or something.
I usually just suspend anyone who bounces soft 3 times/30 days and then invalidate people over that.

Thanks for your advice Josh,
Is "Bounces Soft" your filter? Because the only filter I have available to me is "Email Bounced" with constraints, "Email = Is Any", "Date of Activity = In Past" then a time period. I don't believe we have a filter that offers a specific count on bounces.
Hi Mark,
When you "add a constraint" there should be an option to choose "min. number of times".
That was it, never used that before.
Thank you!
