I set up a promotion landing page with a form and use utm_campaign in the actual invitation. However, I found out of all the leads came in from form fill, only less than 10% were updated with correct program status, which is "Filled-Out Form". All the other ones were at "Invited" status.
Anyone knows why not all the leads have "Filled-Out Form" status?

Result tab -- all the leads in result tab have correct Program Status. The ones that have wrong program status are not in the result page.
And the activity log detail for a Filled Out Form activity for a lead that didn't qualify, please
So, the details of "Fill Out Form" in the Activity Type is different.
OK, that's at least consistent as the hidden field isn't being populated. The limited input looks somewhat (though not exactly) like what happens when you use the <noscript> form, which always has a subset of the named fields on the form.
If you provide the actual LP URL I will see if anything looks amiss, maybe some Forms JS enhancement which is throwing an error.
OK, don't see anything special there, just a vanilla form with AutoFill enabled. Is there any correspondence between
[a] timestamp of submission (i.e. after/before a certain time) or
[b] User Agent
and the success/failure examples?
If I were looking at this with no other information now, I would wonder if the form + LP had been reapproved after a certain point with the AutoFill enabled.
