SFDC or Marketo issue

It seems that when a new lead is entered thru SFDC or Marketo, either filling out a form or if a new lead is added through SFDC, the lead score is automatically updated to 100 points.   This just recently started happening.  I've contact Marketo support and they said the lead had been entered in SFDC with lead score of 100.  No one is adding lead scores.  Has anyone had this problem?
