Setting Up reCaptcha v3

I have been working to integrate reCaptcha v3 on our Marketo instance. I followed the directions here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/demand-generation/forms/using-...

I set it up, added my domains, created a test form and LP and submitted a test record. I checked the activity log and do not see the captcha information on the form fill, I also do not see any activity when checking my dashboard on Google.

Is there something I am missing or a piece I have not integrated into the system?

Did you turn on reCaptcha in both Admin AND on your form?

Yes, it is turned on for both.

That form (form ID 3780) doesn’t have reCAPTCHA enabled at this time. Can you show a screenshot of Form Editor w/reCAPTCHA enabled, and also double-check the form ID?

I have enabled it (again) and saved it, submitted a test again, still nothing showing on my Google page.

I now see the reCAPTCHA on the form and the token (fingerprint) is submitted, which is an improvement!

Can you show the Filled Out Form details for the lead I just submitted, “Test reCAPTCHA 01 Tester”?

Incidentally you should always start your troubleshooting on the client side. If the reCAPTCHA library doesn’t load and/or the fingerprint isn’t submitted, that’s a problem right there.

That indicates reCAPTCHA is firing and even scoring the submission with a 0.9!
