HI all - wondering how people are handling any outbound calling campaigns for SDRs. We currently have a few SDRs that make outbound calls to qualify leads. We want to be able to track anyone that they actually talk to as a success (not lvm). I tried pulling - Activity is logged as call and Type = call (we also have lvm as type). However, since we can't filter by 'Type', we're having difficulty figuring out a way to track success. Does anyone have any ideas of how to do this?
