Sales Email Reporting - Sends and Opens

Hey!

I'm looking at the report by sales person and I'm seeing quite a few instances where there are more opens than sends... so the percentages are super high. Are these not unique opens? Just curious how exactly this is working - want to get it locked down before I show anyone.

Hi Kim, 

Which report are you looking at, email performance? If this is the case, no these are not unique opens.

If you want to see the actual number of unique opens, run a smart list for opened email (email is - Select your email). The number of leads in your smart list will reflect the number of unique opens.
