Report on ESPs

Is there a way in Marketo to determine what ESP a person is using when receiving or opening your emails?  For example do they have gmail, outlook, etc.

Marketo has some time of email reporting tool that I *think* is an integration with Litmus. Litmis does report on the email clients used by your subscribers. If you also happen to be a Litmus customer, they have an email analytics script that you can add as a token to your email in Marketo:

I only know about the integration because they briefly showed it in their 2015 roadmap demo at this year's Marketo summit. I don't think it's included with the basic Marketo license however. Probably an additional add-on/upgrade.

There's no need for an external tool to obtain this information: all Open activities retain the ID of the User-Agent (mail client) -- "ESP" isn't really the right term. There have been a couple of questions about this very area in past weeks (funny how things flare up from time to time). If you step back in Discussions you'll find some.

Look at Opened or clicked and the Constraints. You will see what the system can show you.

Thanks everyone!  I've found the information on an individual lead basis but really am looking to find reports on this. Do you know if that's possible?  I've looked back through the discussions and didn't find anything based on searches for 'user agent report' and 'mail client'.
