Re: Replace Image Function doesn't work

I have an image that is used on multiple channels and multiple landing pages (40) in total, I tried using the replace image option but it doesn't work. Instead of replacing the image link on each LP, is there an easier option? Thanks.

I found a solution: it looks like the old images were cached in my browser and clearing browsing data sorted this out immediately.  Thought I'd just respond again in case anyone else was having the same problem!

I have same issues, works maybe 10% of the time.

A real problem as it makes for a lot of extra work.

I have the same problem.  Did you ever find a solution?

What didn't work? Does Marketo show the correct image in Image & Files? Is it the same size? Did you refresh the page or email?

Hi Josh, yes it doesn't work, when I go to replace image in email and landing pages, the new image is not replacing the old image at all.
original image still remains and I need to upload and obtain new link.

Hi Will,

It may fail is the first and new images are not in the same format. For instance, it you try to replace a JPG with PNG.

Hi Greg, I checked its the exact same image (jpg) image almost looks the same, I just shifted the design 30px left.

Have you tried reapproving the pages?

Yes I have:

1. Unapproved, Approved

2. Looked at the image, it didn't update even when I replaced image

3. I don't want to delete and reupload, I assume the link may change?

if the image is not in the template, than feel free to upload as a new image with a new URL and just fix it.

If the image is in the Template, then I'd wait for Support.

Will Shum, I'd recommend entering a support case for this. That doesn't sound like expected behavior.
