Registering Too Close to Webinar Time?

We use the GTW adapter for webinar registrations. Everything seems to flow smoothly, except when someone registers for a webinar a few mintues before the webinar starts. We had 2 people recently do this and neither received the confirmation email (email confirmation coming from GTW). They are registered in GTW and in Marketo both (no failures there), but no confirmation email showed up in their inboxes. Is there a time cut-off with GTW that it no longer sends confirmation emails once the webinar has started?

Great, I was curious if I needed to switch over to Marketo confirmation emails. Looks like I have my answer now. Thanks so much for the feedback!

We send our confirmation emails from Marketo and have not experienced this problem.

GTW cuts off their emails 15 minutes prior to the webinar starting.  You could send your confirmation email out of Marketo and prevent this from happening.

Yes, I believe there is. Check with gtw though as the email is coming from them.
