Real-time alerts when someone lands on a specific URL

I've built some landing pages that are each designed for a very small and targeted audience. I'm trying to get a notification in real-time every time someone lands on one of these pages.

The way I've got it set up at the moment, I am able to receive notifications but I am not able to know which of the pages are being hit. Essentially I'm being alerted that "someone is on one of my pages". How can I get an alert that someone just landed on www.website.com/person1 and a different alert when someone arrives at www.website.com/person2?

Include the variable {{trigger.Web Page}}.

(You didn't actually say what kind of "notification" you mean, btw.)

Thanks Sanford. The notification I'm hoping to receive is anything that would alert the salesperson to get on the phone and call this prospect as soon as possible. I suppose an email would be the most efficient.

OK. Was wondering b/c for some people this kind of notification is sent via other means (like SMS, instant chat message, etc.).
