Is there a way to modify the view to a program performance report? I couldn't find the option at all. Basically I am running automated event reports for some of our stakeholders. However there are a few fields that do not need to see but the report subscription populates everything unfortunately.

Are you using the Smart List Schedule or the Program Performance Report?
Smart list - you need to choose a view with the columns.
Program Perf - no, you cannot do this.
Please be more specific about what you want to see.

Thanks for the reply, this was the Program Performance report where we wanted to just provide the number of registrants and a few other fields but it's about 15+ columns of information that isn't required.
It looks like it's not possible, any suggestions on making a Smart List subscription with this?
If I understand the question, then this is definitely possible.
Open the report and right click on the column title bar (it's blue) and a drop down will appear. One of the options is columns. Click that and select the columns you want in the report. Then save the report and put your team on a distribution list.
Hi Jamie, thanks for the reply. I tried this as well but I am unable to remove any columns, only add one more which is the "Created By" view.
