Hi all.
I've been using the new email editor for a while without any problems, but today it is playing up. For example:
- everytime I insert a hyperlink, either in the code view or wysiwyg, it inserts a line break into my email template. So now, I have gaps in my email and the CTA buttons are twice the height they should be.
- everytime I insert a new image, it also inserts a line break.
Usually when this happens, I can see a rogue </br> tag in the HTML, which I simply delete. However today there isn't such a tag in the code for me to delete.
Also, when I double click an editable area, as I usually do to edit some text, the font appears differently. This one's not a big deal as it doesn't change the font when I save it, just a bit strange.
Is anyone else having similar issues?

I had issues with text format this morning. I closed the browser completely and started over. Then, it worked perfectly fine. Good Luck!
This morning when I tried to edit content from the email editor nothing loaded. It worked on my home computer, not my work computer so I figured it's a work security issue. Also, we've been having a lot of issues trying to open lead records.
The lead records issue was posted as a known issue. Now it looks like there are 4 different issues posted there...

Where do you see the announcements? I went to products>content> but only see the usual options. (discusssions, blog, posts, then a list of recent activity).

Hey Amanda, there aren't any Announcements today, but I was seeing them yesterday by going to Home > Discussions, and then they were on that page.

If you clear your browser cache, it should resolve the issue. A patch is being developed to fix this up behind-the-scenes, but clearing the cache should fix it immediately. If that still doesn't work, you can also contact us at Support.
Clearing cache and cookies did not work for me. I get a paragraph tag added to everything I edit.

If you go to Admin > Email > Edit Editor Settings, then change 'Email / Snippet Editor' to 'None', that seems to have resolved the issue for me.
What would be great is if these changes were communicated to us all, and to the support team.

That's exactly what's happening to me, but can't find the tags in the HTML to then delete, so my emails just look rubbish

Please take a look here: Re: New Text Editor is **** Some new options have been added to the editor that you will probably need to turn off for the paragraph tags.

I have contacted support already, and they are just telling me the problem is with my templates. I know this isn't the case, as I've been using them without issues for many weeks.
I have tried clearing the cache and tried different browsers, but the problem still remains.
Is there anywhere that I can get urgent support rather than waiting hours between replies?

Hey Sarah, they must have made a change to things (again) which is proving to be a HUGE pain. I'm experiencing a lot of issues with line breaks today, and it's from a basically blank template. I'll have to ask them what's up, but getting these emails completed is more important at this point.
Hey Sarah, if you're still seeing issues today I'd contact support. Let them know your browser information, as sometimes there can be quirky stuff going on from one browser to another and that will minimize the number of back-and-forths you need to have with support
I have not seen this today and have been doing some work in the editor
I can't edit anything because the email editor isn't loading for me.
Bit over these random breakages to be honest.
