you mean with the tel: command in html? sure.

may not work always because of the person's computer plugins.

Thank you for the response Josh. What do you recommend for this. We are creating two landing pages to test one will have a form for a harder sell and the other will have a request a call back. Can we have the phone number auto populate?

Are you looking for a trackable phone number? I believe you can (or could) do this with Google AdWords years ago. Not sure if it still exists. 

I think the tel: command would also only work on mobile or if you have something like Skype installed. But it's a good practice to use anyway since nothing drives me crazier than not being able to click a phone number on my cell. Well, maybe a few things drive me crazier

Most phones do this automatically, but there is a telephone link protocol you can reference.
