hi all, apologies in advance if this is already somewhere. have had a look, but might be under a different name.
So, my organisation is currently migrating all operational emails to the platform...
so, how come, when creating these, in preview, they always still have our privacy policy/ preference update info with links?
shouldnt these be removed from operational emails, hence the tickbox function?

Another note to remember that operational emails are not subject to communication limits and ignore unsubscribed and marketing suspended status in the lead database.
