Not sure if anyone knows the answer to this but when you send a sales email using a gmail/outlook plugin using the "send with marketo" feature will the open status activate if you accidentally open the email in your sent folder or does it only track the opens from your recipients end?
One of our sales guys asked during trainng and I wasn't sure what teh answer was. My initial thoughts were that it shouldn't track if we oipen it on our end but wanted to make sure. tx!
