So I noticed a lot of new leads were not being assigned accordingly, so I dug into Marketo and noticed that the flow action "sync lead to sfdc" looked a bit off.
"Assign To: User: Bob Dole" is how it should look like, but all the flow steps looked like "Assign To: User:Bob Dole", the only difference being the lack of a space between "user" and "bob dole".
Now I don't know how this happened, but it happened across every campaign that was using this flow step, and I think because of it leads were not being assigned as they should. Any insights on this?
There is a recent thread on a possible Queue error with marketo. Maybe it is related.
