Hi, While trying to change lead score settings in Sales Insight ,I am unable to find any other option in drill down other than Lead Score(default) for either Stars or Flames.
This means you only have a single lead score field "Lead Score"
You need to add more lead score fields (if you want) by going to Admin > Field Management > Add New
The only reason to do this if you are interested in using Demo or Behavioral scores to manage the MSI stars/flames...or you are giving out different kinds of scores to leads.
