We recently created a new field that is needed for our Marketo database. I read in a separate thread the best way to do this is to create the field in SFDC and then have it sync over to MKTO (typically the sync happens automatically). I have not seen the new SFDC field sync over to MKTO. Do I need to create the same field by name in MKTO in order for this to happen? Or should the field pop up by itself with the auto-sync? First time doing this so unsure of the process. Thanks in advance!

If the field was created properly in SFDC, should sync to Marketo within the hour. If you're still not seeing it, ask your SFDC Admin to dig in, they need to make sure it's readable (and editable if you need it) by the Marketo Sync User.
