New email editor/template

I have been playing around with the new email/template editor, and I have built a template for us to start using and trial to see if this is something we can start to leverage more. The current issue I am running into is that we use workspaces/partitions in our instance, and I can't seem to figure out how to share the newly built template across all workspaces so that we can see it in all of them. Is this something that is currently possible within the new builder or am I just missing it?

Hi @matthardy , that’s a really good point you’ve raised.

In Marketo, assets can only be shared across workspaces when they sit inside a shared folder. That’s the standard and supported approach.

However, with the new Email Designer, when you create new email templates or emails, there’s currently no option to place them inside a folder. Because of that limitation, templates or emails created using the new designer can’t be shared across workspaces at the moment.

Hi @matthardy, there is no option to share the template across the workspace so you have to use import/export feature to create the template in every partition and workspace.

You can export the New html template from workspace & then import the same template in the new workspace.
