Hello, I love being able to use tokens to create ICS calendar files for webex events! I've noticed that there aren't any reminders with this new functionality. I like to have pre-set reminders for 15 minutes before my event begins as it helps drive attendance to my webcasts. Can you please tell me if there 's a work-around, or if this will be addressed in a coming release? Thanks!
I would just set the time earlier in the file. Reminder times prior to events are set by the user themselves; you can't set the time before that they're reminded but you can just change the start time for the event.
