Munchkin not tracking web page visits on sub-domain

We launched a new subsidiary website back in August: https://cloudtalent.avanade.com. We just now noticed that when running a report on website visits, it came up empty.  Looking at a sample lead record where we know website activity took place (since they submitted a contact-us form), it was missing all “visit web page” activity.  This is consistent across all lead records we've analyzed.  Shouldn't munchkin track this activity since it's a sub-domain of our main domain (www.avanade.com)?

I don't think you have munchkin scripts on the subsidiary site..

Well this is embarrassing.  Our IT team realized they didn't activate Munchkin on this site.  And yes, Munchkin is supported on multiple sub-domains as long as the TLD is the same.

This is true as long as the cookies are created at domain level (and not TLD, which in you case means ".com" ). So it should read:

Furthermore, this will be the case if the TLD is a 3 letter one (such as .com) or has itself 2 levels (such as .co.uk). But is will break on simple 2 letters such as .fr or .de. Yes, "domain", not TLD - thanks for clarifying that Greg.

And even on other seemingly normal domains like cloudapp.net (see this post). If you use the findPrivateSuffix script it'll fix it regardless. Thanks for the links, Greg.
