MKTO new look and feel - the bouncy ball is still bouncing

Well, we've got the new look and feel, but the promised "you only have to click the ball once and it will stop bouncing" is not exactly true. 

It stopped bouncing on the home page, but it's also bouncing (and isn't clickable and won't stop) when I preview emails or landing pages. 

How do we make it stop, please. It's distracting.

Yep! It doesn't bounce for me when I'm going about my business, but when I visit a lead's details or activity log from a link in an alert email, the logo starts bouncing away. This is true whether I'm logged in or not. So maybe it's an issue with the {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} token?

Are you saying that it stopped bouncing and then started back up once you viewed the activity log?

The ball is still bouncing for me whenever anyone at the company views a lead's activity log and the logo isn't clickable so we can't make it stop.

Are you guys still working on this, Cheryl?

I have to agree that combining a logo (which is usually a decorative element or 'return to home page') and a  drop-down menu is certainly new and different.

Clicking the ball doesn't work when viewing a lead.

We are not able to recreate the ball issue you describe when previewing an email or landing page.  Can you please call Marketo support and walk them through the steps to recreate?  Much appreciated!

The ball is not supposed to continue to bounce, so we are looking into the reason why.  We will get it fixed!
