Missing "Group people by" field

I was trying to follow an example of a people report to get a list I need, however, I don't have the "Group people by" option that they seem to have. Any idea how I can add it?

Are you certain that’s a People Performance report? PP would typically have the Group People by option, but it wouldn’t have those Campaign filters.

Weird! Tried to see if you are using some other type of report but can't see anyhting same as provided screenshot. You should raise a ticket with support.

It will be appreciated if you can share the issue here for our knowledge once you get to know about the same.
