I was trying to follow an example of a people report to get a list I need, however, I don't have the "Group people by" option that they seem to have. Any idea how I can add it?

Is there a way to see the difference between one-click-unsubscribes vs list unsubscribes / unsubscribes report wise in Marketo?

Just trying to find out if Marketo automatically includes a List-id: header? (Not one-click unsubscribe) Not seeing it in our code and wanted to double check.
