Has anyone seen this before? The behavioral score is missing in the change score field. Any suggestions on fixes?

I would type in "Behavior Score" and see if you get the red squiggly line underneath. If not, I believe it's good to go. Maybe it just isn't listed in the drop-down for another reason.

Check in your admin -> field management that the behavior score is of the score type. As it is a custom field, if it has been set as a number field (which will be the default if the field comes from a CRM sync), it will not show in change score flow steps. If this is the case, you can change it in the admin -> field management.

To Score type -- which is an offshoot of Number/Integer (not a superset exactly).
