Hi All,
I am new to marketo. I have two sandboxes and I need to migrate configurations from one to another. Is there a way to use some form of "Change Sets" as salesforce has ? I don't think recreating the whole config one step after the other is cost effective. I am hoping there is a way and will need some guidance and confirmation from this community.
Thanks,

Hello @Shunnjohn ,
Marketo has an instance copy feature, but it is not as robust as SFDC "Change sets" unfortunately.
There are also some caveats to the instance copy. See Marketo support for a full list.
Summary:
All permanent configuration settings which can be done to a Marketo instance are reset to the default values or settings in the destination instance. Most configutions are copied except for the below list:

@Oz_Platero Thanks for your feedback. That's a bit of a pain! You would think that a tool as big as Marketo would have such tools in place. This is just time consuming for any marketo admin to have to deal with! Makes me question the need for a sandbox almost.
