We have a field called "Paid Enrollments" that is synced from Salesforce that we use extensively in our smartlists for filtering paid customers (over 100+ lists). The SF admin realized there was a duplicate field in Salesforce which has the same value so he deleted the "Paid Enrollments" field without informing us. Now we have to go back and update all of the smart lists to use the new field.
Is there smart way to find and replace it in all smart lists or is the only way to find each smart list that uses it and replace the filter?
You're going to have to do this manually.
It may be possible to re-map the field to the correct Marketo field with Support's help. However, it may just be as hard to do the manual work on the smart lists as Sanford confirmed.
In the future, you should have a tight collaboration with your CRM Admins and YOU should manage that relationship to avoid these kinds of errors.
