Marketo Unique ID Identifier

I have two records in Marketo with the same email address. Is it possible to view the Marketo Unique ID?

Sure, did you pull them up in a smart list or lead database? the ID # is  on the far left.

Why can't you use that ID # in smartlists the same way I can use email address or SFDC ID?  Can we add that??
