On various EU instance, we can no longer access the new UI. The screen is blocked, only showing the new Marketo logo:
In EU, we usually get access to version a couple of days earlier, and it started to freeze yesterday evening, so I suppose this is happening as a result of the release of the upgrade.
Has anyone else experienced it ?
I have already tried to delete my browser cache. I am working on Chrome - Mac OS.
We've actually never been able to activate the Marketo Sky beta and receive a system error when trying to active the beta. The ticket is with top tier engineering support and no sign of it being resolved which is extremely frustrating. I was hoping the Fall release would solve it, but I'm still getting the error on my end... and now it looks like the Fall release is making it worse!
I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble enabling Sky. Can you please send me your account prefixes to firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can take a look?
We had some scheduled downtime for Sky from 8pm Wed - 7am Thu respectively for AEST, DST, EST and PDT which may have contributed to the issues some of you experienced. Everything should be up and running now, so can you try again and let us know if you are still experiencing trouble and if so, send your account prefixes to Frank at email@example.com as he noted above.
