Marketo email missing space between paragraphs on mobile version

The email looks fine on OL desktop but in mobile version, there's a missing space between paragraphs:

Hi @ceciliagonzalez 

I think you are using <ul> for the list, that's why this issue is coming, or might be <p> tag don't have the top padding.

Or they may not be using a <p> tag at all, and just injecting line breaks and spaces.
