It is probably because the LaunchPoint service has been logged out of GTW - I have experienced this quite a few times. Try to go to Admin / LaunchPoint. Then double click on the GTW service and log in again. Once the connection is established again you can try refreshing via the event program again.

According to below thread the mktoDefaultSnippetId parameter is not yet supported by the API. It's from 2017 but it seems that it may still be the case. See this: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/setting-default-snippet-id-through-rest-api/m-p/35231#M7611

Thanks for answering Mr. Whiteman. I find it rather confusing that a previous data value will be logged differently depending on the source of the value change. Another one of those "you just need to know" Marketo quirks I guess. At least now I know 🤷🏻‍♂️ 🙏 Thanks again
