Hi,
We already did the sync and then we created a new filed in Dyanmic and added it in Sync. We updated this field on a lead record in Dynamic and the updated data synced to Marketo. But then we changed the data in Marketo again on the same lead record and it didn't update in Dyanmic.
Please help me to understand why its happening and how to resolve it.
I already created a support ticket and its been more than a month and they have no clue on this.

As Josh suggested, this may be permission issue. Check if the field is set to user context only or the organization level.

Really need more information on your configuration and the data you are passing back and forth. It sounds like a permission issue on MS Dynamics side.

Can you suggest me what type of permission, I need to check in the system. Right now Marketo sync user has admin rights in Dynamic.
