Marketo-D365 initial sync setup issue - ERROR : The subscription does not have username or password.

We are stuck in initial sync setup between Marketo - D365 integration. Error thrown is ERROR : The subscription does not have username or password.

These credentials expire after one year. We've just gone through the process. Have your Dynamics Admin refresh them.
