Live Chat Vendor Recommendations

Hi- We are evaluating live chat vendors for our website and are looking for one that integrates with Marketo. Does anyone have any recommendations they could share?

What do you mean by integrated? Do you want to hire a 3rd party to have the convos, or is this an internal group and they want to be able to see Marketo data when someone chats them?

I use one that speaks to prospects for me that can send info to Marketo but there are issues with reporting (they want my CRM guy to pull reports specifically for them to justify their costs? Waste of his time). Overall we've found them to really good.

We are looking for a company that will have the convos. We'd like that action to be recorded in Marketo so we could include it in our lead scoring model.  Which company do you use?
