List import - blocking field updates for phone

Trying to set it up so that phone number is only updated if blank when doing list imports and from what I've read on the community so far, seems like this is possible using the block field updates function. I just want to confirm if this will block the update only if there's a current phone number already there. If it's blank, we want it to put in the new value from the list import instead of keeping it blank.

Yes, that's how block field updates works. It will still populate if the field is blank.
