I'm looking to run a trigger program for an upcoming event, that has limited places available. I'd like to automatically switch it off once we hit that number of contacts in the program. Is there a way of doing this, without changing the limit for all programs?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@cismith, The Sky UI (RIP) used to have a Registration Cap feature, but it is deprecated now. Now, the direction to go in is a webhook-bsed solution as Sandy mentioned.
I’d use Sandy’s Flowboost for this! You can check it out in the FlowBoost User Guide >> “Limit the Number of Registrants for an Event (ADVANCED)”.
You can only do this using a webhook-compatible service. Easy, but not built-in.
(Note there's no built-in feature for “all programs”, either!)
