Leads not syncing from Marketo to SFDC - LinkedIn Lead Generation Form -

Hi All,

I have integrated Marketo with my LinkedIn account so that I can capture then leads through LinkedIn lead generation form. The sync is working fine and marketo is capturing all the info filled in by the user but the leads are not getting synced from Marketo to Salesforce. But any new leads coming through Marketo form is getting synced with SF. Can anybody guide me why the LinkedIn leads are not getting synced with SF.

you need to make sure that your lead lifecycle or the workflow that captures the LI leads actually sends them to SFDC. It does not happen automatically.

Have you checked your Salesforce instance to see if you have all the required fields on the LinkedIn lead gen form to bring that lead over? Are there sync errors that are showing up on the Activity Log of those leads?
